Mar 31,  · i went to play DFO yesterday and for some reason the game started to download a file called blogger.com, always after install it in a different internet speed (normally i download all at kb/s, but this file is downloaded at 2mb/s) the message appear "Failed to download files, please restart launcher and try again (-3)" someone already had this problem in past? next i removed the blogger.com, blogger.com and blogger.com files from the main DFO folder when i ran the launcher it scanned my files then redownloaded the second file i deleted, followed by the first (that it was previously stuck on) and then a bunch more, it did get stuck again, but restarting the launcher seemed to get it going. I've been trying to resolve it for ages and have tried everything posted i could find, Neople support have been pretty quick and polite to be fair, dfo file download failed not much help. Hopefully this helps someone. The files that i was getting stuck on were all larger than around 60 or 70 MB anything smaller didn't seem to ever get stuck. I tried connecting my phone to use my faster albiet limited data connection and it seemed to download the larger files ok.

Feb 16,  · I have this same problem as well. Turning off A/V, running as admin; nothing works. Also deleting/reinstalling doesn't work, because the only thing to delete is the installer/launcher.
